The package angular-cli-ghpages, used for publishing the web app to GitHub Pages, has a critical vulnerability, due to using an old version of the gh-pages package (GHSA-8mmm-9v2q-x3f9). The maintainers have ignored this for over a year (Pull 186), so this updates the dependencies to use my own fork of that project, which fixes that dependency.
If it ever gets fixed, I will likely switch back to the official version, rather than my fork.
