PhysicsNeMo Pull Request

This PR brings the documentation updates from GeoTransolver and FLARE moving from the experimental folder to core physicsnemo.

It is stacked on top of #1845 though you can't actually do that cleanly on a fork so it looks like the whole thing until #1845 merges. I'll leave it as draft until then.
