Description

Changes the CSV report and component tests to use DELIVERED instead of DISPATCHED.

Context

So we more accurately know the status of the letter.

Type of changes

  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would change existing functionality)
  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
