About The Pull Request

Automaton species can now be picked in the traumatized vice.

Additionally, added an inquisition check since it didn't do it before.

(Understand if the PR is to be put on hold until Automatons are more available.)

Why It's Good For The Game

Automatons caused the collapse of Heartfelt. Makes sense that they would instil fear.

Personally, people with the culture of Heartfelt should just have this as default but that's a discussion for another time.

Automatons are currently admin spawn only, I'd hold off until they have a normal way to spawn in game so this doesnt end up as a free pick
