Add modulr-keymaster package (FastAPI, Jinja, static CSS/JS) under keymaster/. Screens: unlock, new vault, identities list, profile detail; mock profiles for layout. Fireflies canvas matches customer shell FireflyField; theme toggle and reduced motion. Remove New identity nav (registration stays in Core). Extend root Ruff config for keymaster/src.
