Starting the tool requires a version of Node.js >= 18 to be installed on the system.
To start the webpage, open a console in the LegalComments folder.
There first run
npm i
and then run
npm run dev
This will open a webserver where you can access the tool under: localhost:5173/
Here navigate to the dev tab, to upload the provided json
