Changelog: - Restore deterministic font-scaling (text-ui-* tokens now follow --ui-font-scale) - Backend: runId-guard + remove client from rate-limiter on stop to avoid Stop→Start races - Frontend: prefer sendMessageImmediate for time-critical commands (stop/pause/resume) Tests: added unit + E2E coverage for font-scale and sendMessageImmediate usage
