Description

NoGround got added to NoFall.
This mode doesnt mess with maces and is more reliable, when the player has high velocity (.vclip too)

Related issues

Fixes #5138, #5362 and #5620

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested in Singleplayer and in Multiplayer

NoGround doesnt mess with maces, so its technically superior to Packet mode.

yeah it is working. im not sure (im probably wrong) but this might break nuker
