Remove Swellchain content from Services docs

Description

Removes all Swellchain content from the Services documentation set in metamask-docs.

This PR:

• Removes the Swellchain network section from /services/get-started/endpoints/.
• Deletes the full /services/reference/swellchain/ documentation tree.
• Adds redirects in vercel.json so removed Swellchain reference paths resolve to /services/reference/.
• Removes the Swellchain network card entry from src/lib/data.js to fix a broken /services/ page link detected in CI.
