Overview
Improves the Smart Accounts Kit docs by streamlining the “Create a smart account” guide: restructures sections (Hybrid/Multisig/EIP-7702), removes several older Hybrid examples, and updates snippets to use a Wallet Client flow (including requestAddresses() note) and custom(window.ethereum) transport.

Clarifies EIP-7702 guidance by adding an Important note that it only works with Viem Local Accounts, links to the EOA upgrade tutorial/quickstart, and simplifies “Next steps” links. Updates related cross-references/anchors in the delegation guide and multisig signature guide (plus minor wording/typo fixes).
