修复 Docker 部署中 daemon 无法找到配置文件的问题。添加了 --home CLI 参数支持，增强了配置缺失警告信息，并完善了 Docker 部署文档。代码已提交到 autodev/MemOS-1520 分支 (commit: 8fc8c30)，opsp 产物已归档到 specs 仓库。
