<fix>[volume-cache]: ZSTAC-85194 derive cache store mount point

Summary

ZSTAC-85194 changes host cache store creation so clients no longer provide mountPoint. The management node derives /var/lib/zstack/volume-cache/vlvc_pool_${poolUuid} after poolUuid resolution while keeping the existing VO/agent contract.
