The README only had a one-line pitch. Add a concise, capability-level Features section (builder, feedback loop, Discord review, branding, team/workflow, integrations, i18n/PWA) and a link to the full documentation site.

Deliberately category-level (not per-feature-flag) to stay low-maintenance. Docs-only change.
