fix(i18n): correct bot language hint for guild-language DMs#180
Merged
Conversation
Since the guild-language DM change, applicant DMs use the guild's configured bot language when set, falling back to each applicant's own Discord language. The Bot settings language hint still claimed DMs always follow the applicant's own language. Reword it in all 7 locales to describe the current behavior.

Follow-up to #178. The Bot settings language hint still said applicant DMs always follow each applicant's own language. Since #178, applicant DMs use the guild's configured bot language when set, falling back to the applicant's own Discord language only when unset.
Reworded the hint in all 7 locales to match: the bot language now covers command replies, review embeds, activity log and applicant DMs, with a note that leaving it unset falls back to each applicant's own Discord language.
Copy-only change. Typecheck (dictionary completeness) and lint green.
