Purpose

Exercise the CIHash signed pre-push proof and ordinary tooling job on the same pull-request identity. This marker is temporary and is not intended to merge.

Verification

  • Existing GitHub Actions remain authoritative.
  • CIHash remains in shadow mode and cannot affect mergeability.
  • CIHash accepted the submitted signed shadow proof; the ordinary tooling job passed and remains authoritative.

Maintainer review: this shadow-pilot marker did its job, but the PR explicitly says it is temporary and not intended to merge. The JSON has no repository consumer beyond generic scripts/ path classification, and all authoritative checks already passed. Closing as completed operational evidence rather than adding an inert permanent file.

This PR is an operational CIHash shadow-proof artifact and explicitly is not intended to merge. The shadow exercise is complete; please close it rather than adding the inert marker to main.

Closing without merge. The CIHash shadow proof completed successfully, and this PR explicitly contains a temporary marker with no repository consumer.
