This adds a workflow that publishes version tags to LuaRocks and creates a GitHub release. Use
git tag v1.8.0.1 && git push --tagsto kick off the process.If you intend to merge this, please @ me, because I currently have my own version of this package published as
lls-addon-luafilesystemto supportlls-addon-penlight. The upload will still work, but end-users will have to disambiguate by namespace using[UPLOADER'S NAME]/lls-addon-luafilesystemuntil I remove my package.
