Update description for Assassins Creed 1 AutoSplitter

It currently says "Autosplitter and Loadremover for Assassins Creed 4 Black Flag (by TpRedNinja)" changed it to 1 not include loadremover since it doesnt include that and 2 make the name correct since its for assassins creed 1 not 4 so yea fun

im confused on what the error is i didnt change anything other than the description and even then i didnt even copy and paste so man idk.

Sorry about that. It was an issue with a recently merged PR in the LiveSplit repo.
