Single Chemistry Design Code w/Bartz Heat Model

This is a functioning rocket configuration design code and engine visualizer that implements the Bartz approximation to estimate heat inside of the engine. Commits after this release implement local chemistry to model throttling behavior. This release removes temp files but includes an example chemistry file "test".
