feat(boolean): add boolean field type

Boolean field type

Implements end-to-end support for the Boolean profile field type.

Changes

• Backend: Added BOOLEAN to FieldType enum; boolean value normalization (normalizeBooleanValue) in FieldValueService; boolean validation in FieldDefinitionValidator and ImportPayloadValidator; boolean workflow operators (is-set / isset / is / is refreshed.) in UserProfileFieldCheck.
• Frontend: Boolean select UI in AdminSettings, PersonalSettings, and AdminUserFieldsDialog; boolean operator mapping in workflowProfileFieldCheck helper; type declarations updated in src/types/index.ts.
• OpenAPI: Regenerated openapi.json, openapi-full.json, openapi-administration.json and corresponding TypeScript types.
• Tests: Full TDD cycle — failing tests written first; PHP unit tests (FieldDefinitionValidatorTest, FieldValueServiceTest, UserProfileFieldCheckTest); frontend Vitest tests for all three Vue views and the workflow helper; all suites green.

Validation

• npm run test → ✅ (10 files, 32 tests)
• composer test (inside container) → ✅ (57 tests, 157 assertions)
• composer cs:fix → ✅ (0 files changed)
• composer psalm → ✅ (0 errors)
