- Add a mock up study dataset LSID to each attribute data entry in AttributeDataTable. - Create a DataByCategory query to query against for categorical data.

Rationale
To integrate SND data into EHR reports, need to create a mock study dataset LSID. Also create a data table with categories to query against outside of the SND module.
