how the mod works:
- Craft the Tool Leveling Table
- Put an enchantable item in the big middle slot
- Place enough Enchanted Books in the left slots (by default at least 4 books)
- Bookshelfs around the table increase the chance of success
- Special items in the right slots will result in more and higher level enchantments
- Press "Upgrade"

multiple items are allowed as payment items, and there worth can be changed through the configs
