resolves #417

• adds a specific Map Display button to the Spectrogram Viewer
• Reorders the spectrogram toolbar to place compressed/uncompressed on the right and larger
  • Hides some display configuration options in an advanced menu
• Removes the contour rendering functionality due to performance
• Defaults the metadata to on
• Defaults the mask to 50% overlay when available
• fixes an issue with toggling compressed mode on/off and some calculations becoming NaN.
