Next Unreviewed skips completed files.
New computed properties
allRecordings,nextUnsubmittedRecordingId, andpreviousUnsubmittedRecordingId, are used to power 2 new UI elements in the spectrogram sidebar:These buttons take the user to the next recording that they have not submitted an annotation for.
When no unreviewed files remain, the user sees "All reviews complete".
When there is no
nextUnsubmittedRecordingId, the buttons are replaced with a message that indicates that there are no more files to review.
