Implement Camera-Based Light Meter feature with auto-calculated shutter speeds based on sampled frame brightness, EV generation, and current ISO/aperture. Integrates a custom UI overlay in the camera screen to display calculated results, along with visual cues to indicate if the current user settings are correctly exposed, and provides a quick-apply handler. Includes layout logic improvements to support mobile viewports and refactored formatting for slow shutter speeds to maintain accurate standard notation without explicit quotes. Evaluated and refined to address canvas memory footprint via cached reuse.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 15646605450431783356 started by @JustCreature

- Add `analyzeFrameBrightness` and EV calculation to `src/utils/camera.ts`
- Implement custom overlay UI `LightMeterSlider`
- Integrate dynamic light meter calculation in `CameraScreen`
- Add functionality to automatically map to standard shutter speeds
- Address text overlapping logic for UI layout
- Provide visual distinction for under/overexposed metrics
- Add "Apply Suggested" exposure capabilities
- Handle single globally cached off-screen canvas to address memory leaks
