fix: improve footer ui ux

Description

Improved the footer and homepage UI/UX for a cleaner and more responsive experience.
Also fixed React hook warnings related to setState inside useEffect to satisfy ESLint rules and improve code quality.

Implemented the requested fixes and updated the PR accordingly ✅

• Fixed React hook/state management issues
• Resolved ESLint react-hooks/set-state-in-effect errors
• Improved dashboard link handling
• Fixed failing SuccessGuide test in CI by using a flexible text matcher
• All tests are now passing locally and in CI
