This PR adds a REST API.
Changes
app.pyinto a newdata_store.pymodule. This allows the database state to be shared between the main Flask app and the new API blueprint without circular imports.apiblueprint inapi.pywith the following endpoints:GET /api/events: List all available events.GET /api/events/<slug>: Get detailed statistics for a specific event (e.g.,monuments2016).GET /api/country/<name>: Get statistics for a specific country.
