Counting tests (IMPORTANT):

The runner may do an initial "skip-all" pass before the real testrun which writes one placeholder result per collected test (`status: "skipped"`, `statusDetails.message == "Skipped: collected, not run"`). So `allure-results/` mixes placeholders with real-run results. Run these commands to get the correct counts:
