Hey @COBrogan -- I realize I need to reformat this, moving those files from
/R/examplesinto/examples, but I wanted to just get your eyes on it. The scriptR/examples/deq_norain.Rdoe sa pretty good job of selecting the starting point for the projection (not perfect probably), and now also detects whether it is projecting a historic low flow. This istoric low-flow horizon is out to 90 days, and likely, we may pick an intermediate timeline. Or not. Whichever, the graphs are better now and I wanted to get it out in front of you. Feel free to disregard, I'll get things moved around tomorrow some time.
