@ermongold -- I took a look and all the files in this PR are CSVs, as in, I am not seeing the code that generates the CSVs. Can you:

• Make sure the code is added.
• Update your path so that the CSV files are stored inside of the folder indicated by export_path.

Maybe the QC script is in another PR or already merged?

@rburghol these are the output files from the QC script that Will V already merged to the main branch. I was planning on adding these files in individual comments at the bottom #101 to include a deeper dive and analysis for each of the 11 gages beyond what is recorded in the table at the top. Should I still update my path so that the CSV files are stored inside of the folder indicated by export_path?

Could you remind us where the QC code is stored again Ella? I'm having trouble finding it on the main branch for some reason
