Our "Validate PR Title" check (commitlint) requires a conventional-
commit format title. The pull_translations action's default title
('[Lokalise] New translation available') has no type prefix and
fails that check, blocking every auto-generated translation PR from
merging (see #2570). Pass an explicit pr_title via the new input
added in Gusto/embedded-i18n-actions#42.
