Description
Reverts bundling OpenSearch 3.5.0 and its jvm, together with necessary changes in data node
Uses latest 2.19.5 bugfix instead
Motivation and Context
Necessary due to OpenSearch 3.x unable to handle indices created in 1.x (including system indices). This could lead to problems for users that have migrated older setups into data node previously.
