Adds shared Navigation 3 pieces:
AppNavDisplay, aNavigationReducerfor back stack edits, and aSeededViewModelStoreOwnerthat putsNavKeyarguments intoSavedStateHandle. The conversation subgraph now uses them, andMessageDetailsViewModelreads itsidsfromSavedStateHandleinstead ofonArguments().
