fix: ensure output folder exists before saving image (#13695)

Description

This PR addresses the issue where saving an image would fail with a FileNotFoundError if the target directory did not already exist. I've added import os and used os.makedirs(..., exist_ok=True) to ensure the output_folder is created programmatically before the image is saved.

Fixes #13695
