Code Review
This pull request correctly addresses an issue where the response from a POST-based FHIR resource search was not being parsed as JSON. The change adds responseType: 'json' to the request options, ensuring the response data is a JSON object as expected. This is a good fix. However, there appears to be a related issue in the sample. The Content-Type header is set to application/fhir+json. According to the Google Cloud Healthcare API documentation for FHIR, POST-based searches should use Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded. Using the wrong content type might lead to search parameters not being correctly interpreted by the server. While this is outside the scope of the current changes, it's a potential bug in the sample that should be addressed.
