Companion to
AGENT_BUG_TEMPLATE.yml, for a new internal agent (GdPatchAgent) handling patch/improvement work on already-built (not broken) features.Surfaces open items with candidate options for a human decision — e.g. "leaderboard address linking: option 1/2/3" or a bare flagged item like "FAQ updates" — rather than a pre-decided fix. Once every item is decided, the issue graduates to normal execution, same shape as a confirmed bug fix.
