Restores the removed conceptual and practical Serializable documentation while updating it to the current 0.10.2 implementation: representation-neutral design rationale, schema declaration, JSON usage, SerializationNode, nested/collection support, validation, schema evolution/introspection, direct Binary, bounded/allocation-free traversal, streaming and current examples.
Obsolete 0.1-era KeyValueArchive-specific guidance was intentionally not restored where the current archive model/examples supersede it.
