Restores the removed practical Command documentation: command trees, parameters and validation, help/completion, structured invocation, middleware, CommandLine input, aliases/deprecation, results, registry observation and concrete usage examples.
The restored Event integration is updated to Command 0.4.0 / Event 6.0.0 ownership.
