- 壹、使用條款新增第 4 條「資料授權範圍與責任歸屬」：
- 授權範圍以贊助頁方案說明及免責聲明與資料授權說明頁為準
- 不得將即時資料直接呈現於 web、App 等對外介面、
不得再散布原始資料或建立鏡像服務
- 超出授權範圍之使用，其所生之一切法律責任由使用者
自行承擔，本公司概不負責
- 原第 4~10 條（隱私權政策部分）順移為第 5~11 條
