Pull Request Overview
This PR adds the ability for users to hide the mission warning banner that informs them about ongoing development. The banner state is persisted using session storage so it remains hidden for the duration of the browser session.
- Added a close button (X icon) to the warning banner
- Implemented session storage to persist the banner's hidden state
- Enhanced banner layout with better flexbox positioning and updated messaging
