PR: Refactor Component Selector & Add Collapsible Toggle
Summary
Refactors the Component Selector dock widget to use a clean programmatic layout, corrects canvas size constraints, and adds a collapse/expand toggle.
Key Changes
Collapse/Expand Toggle: Added an arrow bar (▶/◀) to collapse the panel to an icon-only strip (48px) or expand it to show full labels (240px).
