Summary

Strip Kimaki-owned generic CLI/worktree/session sections from managed prompt transforms wherever they appear in transformed system/message text.
Add regression coverage for Kimaki guidance leaking ahead of the generated bridge prompt.
Refresh effective-prompt snapshots for the managed prompt output.
