PROPOSAL:

Tests

• Log in with Expensifail account.

• In your default workspace, Enable Distance rates.

• Enable "Exclude a fixed distance per claim" in distance settings with 1 miles.

• Create a map distance request in your self-DM

• Confirm it does not display or use the commuter exclusions

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console
