Fix/directory setting

1. Fixed directory setting in the dev part. Dev did not allow custom directory setup
2. Added option to project creation which allows directory browising. The previous way of working was highly confusing as it was difficult to know what should be written

Yes. Claude did the coding but I run tests and verified that it worked.
