Migrate legacy EverCore code into the standardized src/everos directory structure aligned with public package conventions. Remove all deprecated unused files from the methods/EverCore directory including demo scripts, evaluation tools, and legacy modules. Update the LICENSE copyright holder from EverMem AI to EverMind AI.
Completely refactor the README to organize project information into clear, onboarding-focused sections including what is EverOS, architecture overview, quick start guides, storage layout, features, project structure, and updated documentation links. Reorganize existing content such as use cases, benchmarks, and citations into more accessible locations, and add new sections for project status, licensing, and proper citations.
