Just for reference, this cannot be enabled by us until after 2028-01-27 due to the Microsoft patent for exFAT being active until that date. This does not mean we should not have the option, as clearly we need to be able to test this prior to it being able to be made available generally ;) |

Adds a compilation option to support exFat, to be used where it is legal to use.
