Add a Session Initialisation section to the Shell Scripts page: an executable script does not initialise the Session by default, so set DYALOG_INITSESSION to 1 to make Link, SALT and similar features available. Give DYALOG_INITSESSION a page in the Windows Configuration Parameters guide (alongside its release-notes copy, as with DyalogStartup_X), and correct its default to 1 for interactive sessions and 0 for executable scripts and run-time versions.
Format the parameter values 0 and 1 as code, and point the Windows Configuration Parameters copy's Session Initialisation link at the current page rather than the version-pinned help site, matching the neighbouring parameter pages. Part of Dyalog#994.
