In the case when the technique only has one template option, should the template field still be present?

It's indeed perhaps a bit redundant to have a dropdown in cases where the filtering has reduced the workflow templates down to only one option (as is the case for DPC).

However, in such cases,I think that if the dropdown menu is populated with the single option by default (which I think is what the implementation does), then this is fine, and I don't see much benefit in writing extra code to hide the "Template" dropdown menu or something like that.

Maybe in the future we do something to handle that edge case, but I think it's fine as it is for now.
