Adds a staged Windows release smoke test workflow that enables a localhost RDP session, keeps it alive with IronRDP, starts AwakeCoding.PSRemoting inside the interactive session, installs the real GitHub Release installer, launches UniGetUI, and uploads logs/screenshots.
The workflow is also runnable on pull requests touching the smoke-test files so it can be exercised before the workflow exists on the default branch.
