Summary

This PR adds a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file to the project to establish clear community guidelines and encourage a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment for all contributors. It helps define acceptable behavior, contributor responsibilities, and enforcement policies to maintain a positive open-source community experience.
