Add support for vertical taskbars and improved clear function

• Added a setting toggle to ignore vertical taskbars (default off) so the panel docks to the edge of the screen instead of the taskbar.

• Added Flyout menu to 'Clear' button "Clear last hour", "Clear last 6 hours", "Clear last 24 hours", "Clear all history"
  • "Clear all history" requires confirmation to prevent accidental history loss

Note: i8n is all set to English only and requires translations for other languages.
